NeuroRecomp™

NeuroRecomp™: nutrition, physiology and self-regulation

An educational framework for observing the relationship between eating behaviour, physiological signals, context and self-regulation.

01

Purpose of the approach

To make the body’s responses easier to interpret and support informed choices, without reducing the person to a single number or protocol.

02

How signals are observed

Conversation, context and psychophysiological measurements are interpreted together. HRV, breathing, temperature and other signals gain meaning only through their relationships.

03

Nutrition and self-regulation

Eating behaviour is considered within rhythms, emotions, habits and physiological conditions, using progressive and reviewable goals.

04

Professional use and limitations

This overview is informational. It does not provide a diagnosis, prescribe treatment or replace individual healthcare or nutrition assessment.
